How To Deal With Criticism

This episode dives into how to deal with criticism. We will explore where criticism comes from, both internally and externally. Discomfort from criticism often arises out of any divergence from how we see ourselves.

This discomfort can be an ego trigger because the individual criticizing either wants to be happy and doesn't know how or easily falls into a misery loves company situation. Understanding how to deal with various forms of criticism and overcome fear can help us feel empowered to take on our projects, dreams, and goals.
