Stop Being A People Pleaser

Today we dive into the danger of being a people pleaser. We discuss what people pleasing is and how to stop being a people pleaser. We all crave approval. But, sometimes, we are willing to cross our own boundaries to get it and that is why some of us need to stop being a people pleaser. People pleasing can cause anxiety, depression, lead to poor relationships, and impact our self-worth. We can identify the harmful behaviors that stem from people-pleasing and learn how setting boundaries can help us to live our lives as our authentic selves.
